Bespoke Lingerie provides a FREE Home Delivery service for all orders of €55 (ROI) or more. Otherwise, AnPost ROI delivery fees apply.

All orders placed/paid till 4pm (Mo-Fri) or till 12am (Sat) will be posted same working day.

All orders placed/paid after 4pm (Mo-Fri) or after 12am (Sat) will be posted on the next working day.

We recommend customers include an Eircode for any delivery address supplied as it helps to identify the specific location quickly and accurately. To find the Eircode of an address, visit https://finder.eircode.ie/#/

Standard Delivery

Our delivery service is An Post. Standard Delivery to Republic of Ireland addresses takes 2-3 working days. 

AnPost charge for a flat parcel up to 250g is €2.50

There is no tracking number for standard delivery of the flat parcel and Bespoke Lingerie takes no responsibility if the parcel gets lost. Upon request Bespoke Lingerie will send you an image of the posted parcel with a stamp on it as a proof it has been posted. Bespoke Lingerie keeps an Anpost receipt.

AnPost charge for a parcel weighing 251g up to 10kg is €6 

After placing your order ou will receive a tracking number into your email address. Please make sure your email address is correct and you have an access into your mailbox. You can track your pacel here https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Track/Search

AnPost deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm. During Public and Bank Holiday periods please allow an extra day for Standard Delivery. An Post do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday.

Standard International Delivery (Northern Ireland, Great Britain, Europe and Rest of World) may vary from the standard delivery times.

Registered Delivery

We offer the option of registered delivery with An Post to Republic of Ireland adresses and to international addresses. AnPost fees for registered parcels apply.

Please note working days are Monday to Friday and exclude Saturday, Sunday, Good Friday, Public and Bank Holidays. A signature will be required upon receipt of your registered delivery.
Please note we do not deliver to P.O.Box addresses.
