Return Form

Before making a return, we recommend that you read the sale terms at https://bespokelingerie.ie/terms-conditions/. These are the same terms that you accepted when you placed your order. However, it's easy to forget the content of the sale terms.
To make a return, please fill out the requested information below and make sure that all the information that you provide is correct. For each product that you return, please state clearly what action you request, i.e: return, exchange or other. If you wish to exchange, please state which product you would like to exchange too. Include product id( a number on a tag) , size and colour. Please contact us if you need any help. We will gladly help you.
You can send back the items in the same packing that you received it in. Please note that you have to pay shipping when returning items to us. Please find the return address bottom of this page.

Common questions and answers:

Yes! You can change to a different size, if the required size and model is still available. You can also change to a completely different item if the item you (pre)-ordered does not fit. Please be aware, the return fee to the producent will apply (standard international fee applies).

You can return and exchange all products as long as they are unused, unworn and any present seals are unbroken and tags are attached. You can return products within 14 days of receiving the product. If you have any questions or if you need more than 14 days to make a return, please contact us before returning products to us.
